Actions resulting from FFT feedback
Here are some of things we have changed about the surgery as a result of feedback received via the FFT survey.
The comments on the friends & family test are mostly positive.
Areas for improvement included problems with booking an appointment and getting through on the phones.
The phones are being addressed by changing the staffing rota to accommodate peak times.
Appointments are being looked in January 2025 as we are redesigning our appointment system as we appreciate this needs to change.
