These are the actions we have taken to improve our patients' experience based on the results of the survey

- Examined report from telephony supplier to look at whether we have enough staff answering telephones during peak times
- Increased how many staff are on the telephones
- Increased feedback to staff regarding call waiting times
- Implemented a new care navigation system which the Reception team uses to signpost patients to the most appropriate person to help them. This system has been designed and audited by the clinical partners to ensure any advice given is safe.
- Increased the number of routine appointments available for patients to book into for non-urgent medical requests.
Future plans

- Practice drop-in sessions to raise awareness around NHS App
- Installation of a Health kiosk which will allow patients to check and submit certain tests and questionnaires to allow appointment time to be used more efficiently.
