You can register with the practice:-

• Register with a GP surgery (gp-registration.nhs.uk) click on this link 
• Register with the practice online through Patient Access. You will need to contact reception first to signup for this service
• If you are struggling to complete this online, please call into the surgery where the reception team will give you a paper copy of the form for you to fill out and return
