Coronavirus (COVID-19): what you need to do

Stay at home

  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home)
  • Stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home

You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.

Please book appointments by telephone or using the online e-consultation service.

Your concern will be dealt with by a member of the clinical team. They may call you from their personal mobile and it may show ‘caller id withheld’.

Please do not try to book routine appointments at present.

Your prescriptions can be ordered online via NHS App. These will be processed in 48 hours as usual.

We WILL NOT allow medication to ordered more than 7 days early.
